Our standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) usually takes around 2-3 days. We offer an upgraded shipping service, (Royal Mail Tracked 24), which takes 1-2 days. These timings are just estimates, however.
If you need your item urgently, we also offer Next Working Day shipping, which will guarantee your item will arrive next day, Mon-Sat. You will need to be in to sign for your order in this case.

If you place your order before 4pm on a weekday, it will always get shipped the same day.

All our engravings are done using a state-of-the-art laser engraver right in our London studio. This technology allows for precise and clean engravings on various materials, ensuring high-quality results every time.

Yes. Many of our hip flasks, particularly the pewter and sterling-silver styles, are engravable. Many of them allow engraving on both the front and reverse as well as initials on the lid.  To add your engraving, you can click 'Add Personalisation' on the product page and you will be able to choose your font and message for each engraving position.

If you’d like a special logo or image, you can enquire with our engraving team for custom work (additional charge will apply).

Yes, we offer a 30 day returns service, you can return your item if you're not happy with it. Please note that this does not apply to personalised or engraved items - you can only return these if the item is faulty. Non-engraved items are subject to our returns policy.

Note that pewter is a very soft metal, and can easily get marked in transit. This also makes it easy to polish any marks or scratches out. You can of course return items that might have arrived like this and we will polish them up and send them back, but you may find it more convenient to polish the item yourself.

To keep your hip flask looking its best, rinse it with warm water after each use and allow it to dry completely with the cap off before storing. Avoid using soap or detergent, as residues can affect the taste of your drink. Never store liquids inside for long periods, and don’t fill it with carbonated or acidic beverages, which can damage the interior. If your flask has a leather wrap or silver finish, wipe the exterior gently with a soft cloth and avoid prolonged contact with moisture to preserve the material’s quality and shine.

For Pewter flasks:

Pewter is naturally tarnish-resistant, so polishing is rarely needed. If desired, use a specialist pewter polish (never silver polish) and buff lightly with a soft cloth.

For Sterling Silver Hip Flasks:

Silver can tarnish over time; to restore shine, use a quality silver cloth or silver polish. Avoid abrasive cleaners and keep away from direct contact with leather or rubber for extended periods, as these materials can accelerate tarnishing.

Both materials benefit from being kept dry and stored in a soft pouch or presentation box, especially when not in regular use.

Yes, all our hip flaks come in our gift-ready presentation packaging. Most of our hip flasks include a polishing cloth and a funnel for easy filling. You can view the packaging that comes with our hip flasks on the product page.
