Sterling Silver & Diamond Engravable Heart Pendant Necklace

The sterling silver heart-shaped token pendant is strung from a delicate curb chain with a lobster clasp. The heart has a diamond cut eight pointed star in the top left corner and at the centre of this is a 1.5mm diameter diamond.
