Since the 17th century, toothpicks made from precious metal were considered to be as much of a luxury object as a piece of jewellery. This toothpick certainly lives up to that premise. Made from sterling silver, this gentlemen's accessory has been faithfully hand engraved with incredible detailing. A retractable blade is released by a simple twist action, with a hanging loop providing attachment to a keyring or chain.
