Collection: Gold Charms

Any item over 1g is hallmarked, which is the legal minimum weight of metal that requires a hallmark. Items under this weight may include other marks like '375' which is indicative of the purity of the metal (375 is the mark for 9ct Gold). Any hallmarked charms are done through the Edinburgh Assay Office.

Yes. If a charm states '9ct Gold' on Sayers London, then that is what it is made from. Our parent company, Jewellerybox Ltd is an Assay Assured jeweller. This means that our products are periodically sent to the Assay Office in Edinburgh to be checked for purity, so you can be certain that the items are authentic, solid 9ct Gold.

Our gold charms come with an open jump ring. These would need soldering by a local jeweller to attach to an existing bracelet. If you are purchasing a bracelet from us at the same time, we can attach charms to it for you - just let us know in the order notes as you purchase. We can also provide 9ct gold split rings (similar to a keyring, but much smaller) that will allow attachment to charms without soldering. Please get in touch if you would like a split ring to be included on your order - there is a charge for these.

Some of our charms allow this where there is space. Look for ther 'Personalisation' label, or the 'Add Personalisation' button on the product page. You will be able to add text or a monogram and choose a font. We can also offer image engraving for simple logos and motifs. Please get in touch to find out more.

Our standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) usually takes around 2-3 days. We offer an upgraded shipping service, (Royal Mail Tracked 24), which takes 1-2 days. These timings are just estimates, however.
If you need your item urgently, we also offer Next Working Day shipping, which will guarantee your item will arrive next day, Mon-Sat. You will need to be in to sign for your order in this case.

If you place your order before 4pm on a weekday, it will always get shipped the same day.
