Heart and Engraving good but clip not robust enough to attach to a bracelet.
"I purchased two Heart charms and had them engraved to be attached to my two granddaughter’s charm bracelets. The Hearts and the engraving were exactly as anticipated for the price paid. Sadly the clip is not big enough or robust enough to fit the Hearts to the charm bracelets so I have had to ask a jeweller to remove the clips and replace them with rings to solder to the bracelets which, of course, has added to the price of each item. The clips might fit on to a delicate necklace but, personally, I would not trust the clip to hold the heart securely."

"Where do I start? You’re goods do not match up to your description Online what I ordered and what I received are a two different things. . I ordered a charm which had a big clasp to fit onto a bracelet, and what I received is unexplainable it is so small you need a magnifying glass to see it. Charge me £85 for this is absolutely disgusting. . you should not be allowed to show products like you do and what you send out is completely different. I have taken the charm to a normal jewellers and they could not believe how much you charged and what I’d received after I showed them the product I ordered. . I did get onto you when I received the product and complained how small charm was and how thin it was but was told that it wasn’t refundable because it had had been engraved and that if I wanted to,had l was upset I could pick something different. You’re having a laugh. I wouldn’t shop with you again. You could be reported for misleading customers . So please add my review so normal people don’t get conned, my daughter order the same time different item again very small and very disappointed has it was a special bereavement gift . The local jewellery shop is making me a bespoke charm for same price but proper size and thickness. Regards Susan Reggio"

"I love the engraved gold clip on charm for my bracelet the only thing was the clasp was very small and was not big enough to fit on the loop of my bracelet. Had to go to a jeweller to fit a larger ring clasp on the charm . Otherwise I love it"
